Steven has pioneered his career at the intersection of media communication and technology innovation for over two decades. Steven was most recently Chief Marketing Officer at Kodak, where he led the renewal of one of the world’s biggest brands. As a strategy and innovation consultant for startups, as well as Fortune 100 companies, working for the likes of Nokia and other big names, Steven has collaborated with the world’s leading creative studios and advertising agencies. He has imagined and evangelized concepts for sustainable hospitality and sustainability infrastructure. His book, The Conscience Economy, was he launched at Goldfinger Factory in 2015.
Tim retired in December 2016 as president of MIO Partners, Inc. which manages investment programmes for McKinsey's current and former partners, as well as the firm's retirement plans. Tim joined McKinsey in 1991, to start and head up the European investment activity for the firm, taking over the running of the global activity in 1997. Prior to that, he was a director of Advent Ltd, a UK based venture capital firm. He qualified as a chartered accountant with Price Waterhouse in London and has an honours degree in Engineering Science from the University of Durham.

Karen works with social entrepreneurs to grow and scale businesses to change the world. She has worked with more than 1,000 organisations and teams. She is a Churchill Enterprise Fellow for 2018. As a member of the faculty at Cambridge Judge Business School Centre for Social Innovation she supports social ventures through the Social Venture Weekend and their Social Venture Incubator. Karen has been working with Goldfinger Factory supporting our growth plans since 2015 through the UnLtd Big Venture Challenge and Big Potential.

Charlotte is a dual qualified solicitor and barrister with over 15 years experience as a Human Resources and employment law specialist. Charlotte worked for top law firm Shepherd and Wedderburn, before setting up Kingfisher HR, specifically to support SME clients who do not have their own in house HR team.
