Julia Bradbury

Julia is an English journalist, television presenter and producer employed by the BBC and ITV, specialising in documentaries and consumer affairs.

She is best known for co-presenting the BBC One programme Countryfile with Matt Baker from 2004 until 2014. She also presented Watchdog (2005–2009) and Planet Earth Live (2012) for the BBC and Take on the Twisters (2013), The Wonder of Britain (2015) and Britain's Best Walks (2017) for ITV. She has a website called The Outdoor Guide which is run by her sister Gina.

Julia is a passionate activist & speaker on environmental and global sustainability issues.

Steven Overman

Acting CMO, Goldfinger Factory

Steven has been at the intersection of media communication and technology innovation for over two decades. Steven was most recently Chief Marketing Officer at Kodak, where he led the renewal of one of the world’s biggest brands. As a strategy and innovation consultant, he has advised startups as well as Fortune 100 companies. Steven has collaborated with the world’s leading creative studios and advertising agencies. He has imagined and evangelized concepts for sustainable hospitality and sustainability infrastructure. His book, The Conscience Economy, was launched at Goldfinger Factory in 2015.

Nadira Lalji

Nadira is a hotelier. In 2017, she combined her interests in wellbeing and sustainability in Inhabit Hotels, a wellness brand focused on restoring and inspiring healthy habits at an accessible price (amongst other things!). The first hotel opens this summer in London, with a second site underway.


In addition, Nadira helps oversee her family’s London portfolio, twenty hotels under the Montcalm and Park Grand brands. Prior to joining her family business, Nadira worked for Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts in Toronto and Monitor Group in London and New York. Nadira graduated summa cum laude from Harvard University in 2009 and was a John Eliot Scholar at Cambridge University in 2010. She received her MBA from Harvard Business School in 2015. Nadira’s philanthropic interests include microfinance and education in East Africa. She enjoys yoga and is a karate black belt.

Juliet Kinsman

Freelance writer, broadcaster and hotel expert, and founding editor of Mr & Mrs Smith, Juliet set up Bouteco to celebrate sustainable design-led hotels and she helps them create inspiring initiatives and partnerships, then language how they’re having a positive impact and make it a compelling part of their brand story. Juliet's articles about the world’s most special hotels and interviews with travel visionaries, philanthropic hoteliers have appeared in magazines and newspapers around the world, from Condé Nast Traveller to The Guardian and she loves working with award-winning luxury-travel brands to help them develop the skills to communicate why consumers should book with them and inspire journalists and editors to write about them.

Richard Holland

B.A. Hons. M.Arch Pg. Dip. ARB RIBA

Richard co-founded Holland Harvey Architects in 2012 with partner Jonathan Harvey. Over the past 7 years the studio has developed an extensive portfolio of projects working in both the hotel and hospitality sectors.

Notable works include celebrated chef Tom Brown’s restaurant ‘Cornerstone’ in Hackney Wick, and the refurbishment of local institution ‘Panzer’s’ delicatessen in St. John’s Wood. Richard is currently leading the refurbishment of the 5-star ‘Montcalm Marble Arch’ hotel, as well as the design and delivery of new wellness focused hotel brand ‘Inhabit’, in London’s Paddington.

Prior to establishing Holland Harvey he worked at Studio Egret West where he delivered a variety of projects including the RIBA Award winning and Stirling Prize nominated ‘Park Hill’ in Sheffield. He also previously worked at E.R.A. Architects in Toronto, Canada, working on heritage-led projects focused on conservation and the adaptive re-use of historic buildings.
